General Terms & Policies
1. Feasibility: Services subject to technical feasibility at your location.
2. Taxes: Exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, unless explicitly mentioned.
3. Installation: Non-refundable installation and activation charges.
4. Plan Modifications: Subject to change without prior notice.
5. Speed & FUP (Broadband): Actual speeds vary based on Wi-Fi router, user equipment, and network load. Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applies.
6. Equipment Ownership: Hardward (ONU, Wi-Fi Router, STB) remain Maa Sai Networks property; customer liable for physical damage, loss, tampering.
7. Channel Availability (Digital TV): Channel availability, broadcaster bouquets, and pricing subject to TRAI regulations; right to modify channels without intimation.
8. Service Interruptions: Not held liable for temporary interruptions or downtime from unforeseen fiber cuts, severe weather, power outages, third-party infrastructure failures.
9. Billing & Refunds: Prepaid billing cycle; no refunds, credits, or adjustments for partial month usage, early cancellations, temporary downtime.
10. Unauthorized Use: Registered residential or approved internal commercial use only; unauthorized sharing, commercial redistribution, piracy will lead to immediate termination and legal action.
11. Relocation & Shifting: Subject to network feasibility; applicable shifting charges must be paid in advance.
12. Limitation of Liability: Not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages including loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits from use or inability to use services.
13. Right to Terminate: Reserve right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without notice or refund, for violation of terms, illegal/fraudulent network activities, abusive language with staff.
14. Customer Premises Responsibility: Provide safe access, adequate space, continuous power supply; not responsible for internal wiring issues beyond main CPE.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Governance by Indian law; disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Zaheerabad, Telangana courts.
